Gringo Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients 
1 cup cooked chicken cubed
1 jar of Gringo Black Bean And Corn Salsa
1 lb Velveeta cubed
2 15oz Chicken Broth
1 - 15oz Canned Corn (Drained)

Instructions 

  • Stir broth, chicken, salsa and corn together.

  • Simmer 10 minutes.

  • Add cubed Velveeta. Cook until cheese is melted, stirring frequently. This is great made in a crock pot!

  • Serve with Gringo Tortilla chips.

Gringo Chili

Ingredients 
1 1/2 lb of ground beef (browned)
2 15oz Cans mild chili beans
1 jar Gringo Sweet Onion Salsa
1 Jar Gringo Mild Salsa
1/2 cup of water
1 tsp of salt (Or Salt to taste)​

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients, and simmer until flavors are blended. Serves 4-6.

Gringo Sweet Onion Apple Pulled Pork


Ingredients 
4 lbs Pork Loin
2 Cups Sweet Applesauce
1 Jar Gringo Sweet Onion Salsa
1/4 Cup Worchester Sauce
1 tsp. salt​

Instructions 

  • Mix applesauce, salsa, Worchester sauce, and salt together in large mixing bowl.

  • Place pork in roasting pan.

  • Pour applesauce and salsa mixture on top.

  • Cover, and then bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.

  • Shred pork, then add back cooking juices.

  • Stir and serve. *You can substitute poultry in lieu of pork.

Gringo Hawaiian Chicken

Ingredients 
5 lbs Chicken
1 jar of Gringo Medium Salsa
10 oz crushed unsweetened pineapple
1/2 cup honey
3 tbls soy sauce
1 tsp. Ginger​

Instructions 

  • Heat honey for 1 min. in microwave.

  • Whisk honey, ginger, and soy sauce in a 4 quart mixing bowl.

  • Add salsa and pineapple (do not drain), and whisk all together.

  • Heat grill to high temperature, sear chicken until golden brown.

  • Place in baking pan. Pour mixture over chicken, cover, and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

  • Serve over a bed of rice.

Spicy Pre-cooked Italian Meatballs


Ingredients 
1 Cup of Gringo Spicy Sauce 
1 Pound of meatballs​

  • Mix, heat and serve

Gringo Party Dip

Ingredients 
2 - 8oz. blocks cream cheese, softened
1 jar of Gringo Black Bean & Corn Salsa
1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 - 8oz. package (2 Cups) shredded Mexican-style cheese​

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • In 8x12 casserole dish, spread cream cheese, then layer salsa and chicken. Top with shredded cheese.

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until thoroughly heated. Serve with Gringo Tortilla Chips for dipping.

Gringo Tequila Chicken


Ingredients 
4 lbs of Chicken
1 jar Gringo Black Bean And Corn
1 Tall Jigger (4Tbsp.) Tequila 
1 Tbsp. Lime Juice

Instructions 

  • Heat grill to high temperature, sear chicken until golden brown.

  • Place in a baking pan. Put mixture together in a large brown and whisk.

  • Pour mixture over chicken, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

  • Serve over a bed or rice.

Gringo Meatloaf

Ingredients 
1 1/2 lb of ground chuck (can substitute ground turkey)
1 Cup Oatmeal
1 egg
1 jar Gringo Sweet Onion Salsa
1/2 cup of ketchup
1 tsp. salt​

Instructions 

  • Mix the ground chuck, oatmeal and egg together in large bowl. Mix in small bowl salsa, ketchup and salt together. Add half of the salsa/ketchup mix to the meat/oatmeal mix. Blend well. Place in a loaf pan. Top with the reserved salsa/ketchup mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

Gringo Cornbread

Ingredients 
2 Jiffy Cornbread Muffin Mix boxes
2 Eggs
2/3 cup 2% Milk
1 Cup Gringo Black Bean And Corn Salsa
1 Cup 4 Cheese Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
1/4 Cup Honey​

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  • Mix all ingredients together. Let set for 4 minutes.

  • Re-stir and pour into greased muffin tin.

  • Fill 1/2 full to allow cornbread to rise.

  • If using a 9 x 12 greased pan, bake 20-25 minutes until top is golden brown or toothpick comes out clean.

Gringo Hawaiian

Ingredients 
5 lb of Chicken or Pork
1 jar of Gringo Hot Salsa
12 oz crushed unsweetened pineapple
1/2 cup of honey
3 tbls soy sauce
1 tsp. Ginger​

Instructions 

  • Sear the meat on both sides over high heat on grill.

  • Mix Gringo salsa, pineapple, honey, soy sauce, and ginger in bowl.

  • Coat meat with salsa mixture and place in baking dish.

  • Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes until meat is done.

  • *Please note that baking reduces Hot variety to a medium spice level. For a Mild flavor use a Medium variety.

Spicy Joes


Ingredients 
1 Pound Ground or Chuck Beef
1 Cup Spicy Sauce​

Instructions 

  • Brown, Cooked, and Drain beef.

  • Add Spicy Sauce to each pound of cooked beef.

  • Reheat and serve.

Spicy Hawaiian Pulled Pork or Chicken 


Ingredients 
1 1/4 lbs Pork
1 Cup Gringo Spicy Sauce
1/3 cup crushed pineapple with juice​

Instructions 

  • Trim fat. Cut into 2" steaks.

  • Pour 1 cup of Gringo Spicy Sauce with 1/3 cup crushed pineapple with juice on raw meat.

  • Bake at 350 degrees until meat shreds.

Gringo Sweet Onion Spread


Ingredients 
8 oz. package cream cheese
1/3 cup Gringo Sweet Onion Salsa
1 tsp. sweet pickle relish​

Instructions 

  • Microwave cheese to soften. Blend cream cheese, Gringo Sweet Onion Salsa, and sweet pickle relish together. Serve chilled as a spread.

Spicy Pulled Pork

1 1/4 lbs Pork
1 Cup Gringo Spicy Sauce

Instructions 

  • Trim fat. Cut into 2" steaks.

  • Pour 1 cup of Gringo Spicy Sauce on raw meat.
